Ordering and Deliveries
Once you have ordered online, you will receive two emails; the first to confirm that we have received your order, the second to confirm that your order has been dispatched along with the shipping information and tracking number.
We use DPD to ship all orders both within the UK and abroad. Occasionally, for good reason we may use another trusted courier service, for example, DPD does not operate in Russia. If this is the case, we will let you know. DPD is a signed for service.
To track your order, simply click the link in your dispatch email or enter your tracking number directly onto the DPD website here. Your tracking number can be found in the dispatch email.
Changed your mind after ordering? That's fine, you have 24 hours from ordering to cancel via e-mail. After that, your item may have been dispatched and will have to go through the returns process.
Delivery to some countries may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the sole responsibility of the customer and need to be paid before your order is released from customs.
For more information or to find out how much these charges may be, please contact your local customs office or tax authority.
These are approximate delivery times and may vary depending on your country and at particularly busy times of the year.
We always try our best to deliver as soon as possible, however, we cannot be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This could include delays at the customs office.
All orders are subject to our final acceptance and are only confirmed once we have sent you a dispatch email. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
