Shipping & Tracking

We currently ship with Hermes within the UK, DPD within the EU, and we select from range of trusted couriers for rest of the world, depending on location. We always use a signed for service.

To track your order, simply click the link in your dispatch email.

UK shipping is currently free, and it's £15 to all over countries.

Can I cancel my order?

Changed your mind after ordering? That's fine, you have 24 hours from ordering to cancel via e-mail. After that, your item may have been dispatched and will have to go through the returns process.

Please include the word "Cancel" in the subject line of your e-mail.

Returns - Small Print

Any postage costs, international taxes and customs duties that you paid are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us by a trackable, insured service as we cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Customers are responsible for the item until it is received at our PO Box address, and will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning the package to us.

Duties & Taxes

Delivery to some countries may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the sole responsibility of the customer and need to be paid before your order is released from customs.

We ship from the UK so please be aware that due to Brexit, all orders being shipped to the EU will be liable for customs and duties.

Returning Faulty Goods - Small Print

Items will only be accepted as "faulty" if they are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a manufacturing fault within 6-months after delivery.

All items returned as faulty will be inspected and items displaying damage that is deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty.

We offer a repair service for such items. There is a small charge for this service, to cover the cost of the repair and shipping.
