Returns

You can return your jewellery within 14 days from the date of purchase for a refund. Please insure jewellery is unworn, in perfect condition and in its original branded jewellery box.

How to Return

To organise a return, please email us first with your order number and we will give you a unique returns number to include in your package. Once we have received your jewellery, we will then process your refund within 14 days via the card you paid on. Postage costs are non refundable.

Pierced Earrings

Pierced earrings cannot be returned if they have been worn or the label has been removed.

This is for hygiene reasons.

Returns - Small Print

Any postage costs, international taxes and customs duties that you paid are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us by a trackable, insured service as we cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Customers are responsible for the item until it is received at our PO Box address, and will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning the package to us.

Returning Faulty Goods

Please follow the returns procedure.

1. Email us first with your order number, a brief explanation of the fault including pictures and whether you want a refund or replacement.

2. We will then issue you with a unique returns number to include in your package.

3. Once we have received the jewellery and deemed it to be faulty, we will issue you with your refund or replacement (subject to availability) ASAP. 

Returning Faulty Goods - Small Print

Items will only be accepted as "faulty" if they are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a manufacturing fault within 6-months after delivery.

All items returned as faulty will be inspected and items displaying damage that is deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty.

We offer a repair service for such items. There is a small charge for this service, to cover the cost of the repair and shipping.
